Senior Web Designer

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Senior Web Designer to lead the design of high-performing websites. In this role, you’ll collaborate with teams across content, marketing, and development to create user-friendly, accessible, and visually engaging digital experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Design responsive layouts, UI components, and features using tools like Figma.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and flexibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
• Prepare clean, developer-ready files and support implementation.
• Use analytics tools to monitor performance and guide improvements.
• Support A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts.
• Ensure accessibility and performance standards are met.
• Occasionally create assets for digital and print campaigns.
• Foster a positive, feedback-driven design culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience in web, UX/UI, or digital product design.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Experience with data-informed design and conversion-focused projects.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, or Microsoft Clarity.
• Experience maintaining a design system.
• Front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress).
• Experience with digital advertising and A/B testing.
• Designing for accessibility or older audiences.
