Job Title: Temporary Sr. Human Resources Business Partner
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: Beavercreek, OH 45434 (Hybrid - 3x/week onsite)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Temporary Sr. Human Resources Business Partner to join our team and support a wide range of HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality HR support across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, immigration, HRIS, and more. This position offers the potential to convert to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support
Lead sourcing and recruiting efforts, with a strong focus on the engineering organization.
Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling through Outlook, liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
Support requisition creation, salary benchmarking, phone screens, background checks, NDAs, and offer letters using Workday.
Partner with administrative staff to coordinate candidate travel arrangements.
Intern Program Management
Assist in planning and executing the annual intern program in collaboration with the Sr. HRBP and Director of HR.
Support college recruiting initiatives, including scheduling campus visits, managing requisitions, and coordinating the hiring process.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate onboarding of new hires, including new hire packets, employee file setup, HRIS updates, and relocation travel coordination.
Manage offboarding tasks such as exit interviews, system terminations, and final documentation.
Benefits & Payroll Support
Provide day-to-day employee support on benefits and payroll inquiries.
Assist with open enrollment activities and ensure accurate data entry in HRIS.
Employee Relations & Organizational Development
Support managers with employee relations, performance management, recognition programs, and general organizational development efforts.
Immigration Support
Collaborate with Sr. HRBP and immigration attorneys on immigration matters including visa extensions (H-1B, EAD, J-1, L-1), transfers, new filings, and green card processes.
Maintain LCA files and support audits or compliance checks as needed.
HRIS & Compliance
Complete transactions in Workday for new hires, terminations, and other employee data changes.
Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with HR policies.
Process employment verifications and manage records for training, compliance, and audits.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining training records, preparing termination packets, managing e-verify entries, filing, and general document management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Experience supporting immigration processes is a plus.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
