Role Summary The Sr. Product Manager, Charging will contribute to solutions for managing and growing Rivian's charging network and product offerings. The scope includes hardware and software touchpoints and supports cross-functional initiatives across multiple charging product lines. Examples of areas the Sr. Product Manager will impact include asset monitoring tool development, diagnostics, and reporting which will also influence embedded software requirements to further develop and maintain a charging network with best-in-class asset uptime. You will work closely with Product Management and Product Development Engineering teams to inform and achieve customer and business strategies. Responsibilities Document customer journeys, conduct user research, and gather user feedback to help inform the product requirements of asset management platform. Act as voice of the customer - closely collaborate with internal stakeholders in building out user features. Collaborate with Product Managers to develop product requirements that align with Rivian product roadmap, KPIs, and strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including hardware, engineering and program teams, to develop and document product requirements and specifications. Manage project execution and roll out strategy for all charging products. Support systems design, development, user acceptance testing, release and continuous improvement for charging software initiatives. Use data to inform product decisions and priorities that align with company goals. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in digital product management. Experience with EV charging operations protocols (OCPP, OCPI, ISO-15118) or distributed connected devices (IoT). Experience delivering software using agile processes and tools. Experience with JIRA, Confluence and/or other project management and documentation tools. Customer first approach with a relentless passion to improve the charging experience through great usable and scalable solutions. Highly resourceful and proactive. Comfort working in an environment of ambiguity. Strong track record of succeeding in matrixed organizations and collaborating with stakeholders from multiple domains. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Background in a technical field, operations, and/or hyper-growth companies a plus. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Candidates: $121,500.00 - $151,900.00 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law). Benefits Summary: Rivian provides robust medical/Rx, dental and vision insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Rivian covers most of the premiums.
