We are a growing firm of about 50 employees who was founded in 2017. We are quicky growing into a regional feel with clients coming from national firms. We specialize in a number of industries including Construction, Healthcare, Technology, Non-Profit, Technology, Manufacturing/Distribution, Real Estate, Retail, Professional Services, and many more. We take a hands-on approach bringing a collaborative environment for all our employees and taking the steps necessary to really invest in our employees. We are looking for leaders of the future. We invite public accounting experts to join out team along with thier clients that they have to help mold our firm's future. We have the foundation laid but are looking for the individuals who want to scale the business to its full potential.
What You Need
- 10+ Years of Public Accounting Exp.
- 5+ Years of Managment Exp. in public accounting
- Active CPA
- EA and/or JD Major Plus (on top of CPA)
- Experience in building or growing a book of business
- Having a transferable book - major plus
- Expert in tax issues involving:
- Individuals and Business
- Fiduciary Tax Situations
- Knowledge on Foreign tax situations
- Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills
- Ability to work at fast pace and manage priorities across mutliple projects
- Expert at working directly with clients
- Ability to generate revenue increase on annual basis
Benefits
Base Salary: $250,000 - $350,000
