Position Overview:

We are seeking a Trading Assistant to support trade execution, risk management, and reconciliation processes. This role will involve working closely with front-office teams and ensuring accurate trade processing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Support: Process trade allocations, confirmations, and settlements.
• Risk Management: Monitor and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile positions and cash balances across systems.
• Reporting: Generate operational reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
• Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with trading desks, operations, and risk teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in middle office or operations in asset management.
• Knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives).
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Bloomberg or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
