This role is compensated at a fixed rate of $15.69/hr and increases to $16/hr once forklift trained in accordance with company policy. No exceptions or negotiations will be made

Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Packer- 1st Shift -Forklift training provided to join their team. As a Warehouse Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient shipping processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Packer- 1st Shift -Forklift training provided

Location: Brewster, NY

Pay Range: $15.69/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Packing items into boxes prior to shipment

• Scanning items with a scan gun

• Performing general warehouse duties including picking and packing

• Loading and operating a pallet jack

What's Needed?

• Able to read and understand the English language (for picking slips/orders)

• Experience with scan guns

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Empacar artículos en cajas antes del envío

• Escanear artículos con una pistola de escaneo

• Realizar tareas generales de almacén, incluyendo selección y empaque

• Cargar y operar un transpaleta

¿Qué se necesita?

• Capacidad para leer y entender el idioma inglés (para albaranes/pedidos)

• Experiencia con pistolas de escaneo

• Fuerte atención al detalle

• Disposición para aprender y adaptarse en un entorno de ritmo rápido
