Position Summary: The Direct Mail Marketing Associate will report to and work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring our campaigns are effective, engaging, and impactful. This role involves a blend of administrative and creative responsibilities, ideal for a professional with 5+ years of marketing experience, though entry-level candidates with the right skills and passion are encouraged to apply. The right candidate is pro-active and self-driven, taking ownership of their responsibilities and has the internal drive to see tasks and projects through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, scheduling, and implementing direct mail marketing strategies. Coordinate with content and design teams to produce compelling digital and print marketing materials. Oversee production and quality of marketing deliverables. Write, proofread, and edit marketing content for consistency and clarity. Track and analyze marketing data and metrics, preparing insightful reports. Maintain organized records of all marketing projects. Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, tracking inventory, and preparing research reports. Manage print requests from the field team and coordinate the printing, preparation, and mailing of books and other printed materials as required. Maintain records in the shared Google Drive Keep project processes updated in Asana or other project management system as required. Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of marketing or related experience. Able to work independently with minimal oversight. Proficiency in writing and graphic design. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Excel and Word. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration abilities. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Preferred: Experience using InDesign and Adobe Suite or willingness to learn required. Experience video editing a plus but not required. Why Join Us?
