Our leaders (still selling 25-40 homes a year themselves) lead from the front, not just giving you scripts (what to say) but teaching, how to say it. Modeling the income-producing activities for you, in the field, so that we cut the learning curve down as fast as possible. Our goal for our agents is to fill the pipeline QUICK. Then, it is our hope to educate you on how to use the machine we have designed to scale your operation to the next level in order to live the life you dreamed of having with a non-capped income. Our agents only focus on income-producing activities because The Bridge Group hires superior staff members to take care of the activities that take your foot off the gas.
