Job Description

Our client, a leader in quality assurance, is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to join their team. As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting the overall quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Oversee and manage the quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management.

• Proven experience in quality control or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
