Job Title: Employment Specialist /
Recruiter
Location: Auburn, AL (In person, this is NOT a remote role)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

Position Summary:
We’re looking for a go-getter to join our team as an Employment Specialist / Recruiter . This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a heart for helping others, and isn’t afraid to hustle. You'll be the key link between job seekers and employers—identifying talent, building relationships, and matching people with the right opportunities.
This role requires compassion, resilience, and the ability to think on your feet. If you’ve got heart, thick skin, and the drive to succeed, we’re willing to train you—even if you’re just starting out.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Manage job postings, review applications, and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
Onboard candidates and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide high-quality solutions.
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Follow up with placements to ensure satisfaction for both candidate and client.
Collaborate with your team to hit weekly and monthly recruiting goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing or administrative role.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
